COVID-19 has certainly turned our world upside. Most businesses have had to close their offices for the safety of the public, including the superior courts.

Our San Diego Law Firm wants to share with you some information regarding the re-openings Southern California Superior Courts.

Our law firm has clients and cases throughout the southern California area. All the courts we are working with are open in varying capacities. We continue to push our construction defect cases forward without limitations due to a reduction in in-person court services.

Overall, court hearings and appearances for our matters are being conducted telephonically or virtually. This was already happening before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since this time, the courts have increased their technological capabilities. Most courts currently are not allowing in-person hearings for most civil matters.
