Our law firm based in San Diego practices construction defect litigation. Construction defect litigation is based around physical issues occurring in or around your property. Before we work with you, when you call us, we have some questions we ask to help understand your circumstances.

Below, we have shared what information we will ask you when you first call us:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and property address. We do not contact you unless you become a client. We do not sell your information. We use your information to review for a fee agreement.
  • The date the construction was completed. There are statutes in place so a lawsuit cannot be filed, so knowing dates is critical to our case.
  • The builder/developer’s name, HOA name, property manager/company name. We will use this information to know who and what we are fighting against. We have many contacts and may be familiar with some people.
  • Let us know if your property/community has a lawsuit in progress by another firm.  Two law firms usually do not work together in a community, so you will likely have to contact your HOA and let them know your issue.

Always reach out to us. We will gather your info and let you know if you have a case or not. We will let you know in about 48 hours if we will take you as a client. If not, we can let you know where your case may best be suited.

Our law Firm represents homeowners associations, high/mid-rise condominium associations, single, multifamily, and commercial property owners in construction defect litigation.  We have over 35 years of experience handling significant construction cases with complex issues. Please contact us to set up a consultation.
